Robert Essick began attending Mt. Lou San's summer camp at the age of 8 and continued each year until he turned 18, crediting the camp experience for sparking a yearly renewal of his faith in Jesus Christ. In 2018-2019, Robert joined the Encounter Revival Ministries (ERM) team, a pivotal year that laid the groundwork for his ongoing commitment to ministry. Today, he serves as the Camp Manager at Mt. Lou San, coming full circle in his journey.

With 8 years of ministry experience, including 3 years in vocational ministry, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management from Lancaster Bible College and is completing his Master’s in Biblical Counseling and Leadership. He is married to Jessie Essick, an ERM alumna, and together they have a son, Joey.
