Mt. Lou San's tier pricing gives families more options so they can choose what works best for their financial situation, while still providing the same unforgettable experience for every camper.
Tier 3 - $320 - (The lower amount) This tier helps ensure that finances do not prevent a camper from experiencing the benefits of a week of camp at Mt. Lou San.
Tier 2 - $350 - (The middle amount) This tier most closely reflects what it costs to provide a week of camp for one camper.
Tier 1 - $380 - (The higher amount) This tier covers the cost of camp and allows you to invest in the future growth and expansion of Mt. Lou San's programs by paying just a little bit more.
Arrival: Check-in is from 2-4pm on the Monday of your camp week. The camp program will begin at 4 p.m. We cannot accept early arrivals.

Packing Planning
What to bring: Bible, bedding (twin-size), pillow, towels, toiletries, flashlight, swimsuit, jacket, athletic clothes for activities, nice casual clothes for informal services, at least one old pair of athletic shoes (preferably 2 in case one gets wet), bug spray, sunscreen.
Do not bring: Cell phone, tablet, or any other type of electronic device, apparel with inappropriate graphics or lettering, alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco, fireworks, weapons, skateboards, magazines.
Spending Money
We have implemented a digital spending system for both Junior and Teen campers. This means that purchases during camp will be totally cashless and you must deposit spending money to your camper’s account during your registration process.
After choosing your week and add-ons in the registration software, you will be able to deposit money into an account associated with your camper's name that will be used to make purchases. Every parent will need to do this during their registration if they want their camper to have spending money.
Spending money can be used in the camp store or snack shop, or for crafts and special free-time activities. We recommend $30 as being a reliable amount to last the week of camp.
How does your child use their funds? Campers will only need to give us their name at the point of purchase and the cost will be removed from their account funds.
Parents are able to add additional funds throughout the week by logging back into the parent portal to deposit spending money.

Bazooka Ball: Bazooka ball is similar to paintball but with softer projectiles. This activity is available for both junior camp and teen camp and costs $3 per session. All necessary equipment is provided.
Crafts: Crafts are available during free-time for a minimal fee per craft.
Camp Care Packages: If you would like to send your camper a care package, they will be available on check-in day at the camp store (The Outpost), and as an add-on during the online registration process.
Safety and participation
Non-discrimination policy: Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, religion or national origin.
Staff screening and abuse prevention training: We know the staff we choose is very important. That’s why each staff member is vetted for several months (references contacted, police background checks, and in person meetings) before being placed in a camp staff role. In addition, each staff member is trained through Ministry Safe, an abuse prevention course.
Zero-tolerance policy: We have trained our staff to recognize, prevent, and respond to abuse during camp. No abuse of any kind will be tolerated at Mt. Lou San.
First aid and medication
Medical Care: Your child’s safety is of utmost priority to us. Our First Aid Officer is always available on-site to deal with any medical situation and is trained (as are the lifeguards) in First Aid and CPR/AED certifications. Urgent Care, if needed, is a short 10 minute drive and our closest hospital is only 15 minutes away.
Medication: Please do not pack medication in your luggage. All camper medication must be turned in to our health officer at registration. Only our health officer is allowed to administer medication. Our health center stocks basic over-the-counter medications (Ibuprofen, Tylenol, Benadryl, etc.) and first aid supplies. It is not necessary to send these unless your child needs them on a regular basis.
Meals
All meals are included in the camper fee.
During a week of camp, a camper will be served 14 meals at Mt. Lou San and various snacks throughout the week. A camper will also be allowed to purchase food items from our snack shop. We are aware that children have various food allergies and sensitivities. Unfortunately, due to time restraints and the volume of food served at each meal, Mt. Lou San does not offer special dietary menus.
Bring your own meals: If you feel your child needs supplemental or replacement food, you may deliver the food to the camp kitchen on the day of registration during our check-in times (2:00-4:00). Due to health codes and the risk of cross contamination, our food service staff cannot cook individual meals. Everything must be pre-made, pre-cooked, and pre-packaged in serving size containers. We can make a refrigerator, freezer, dry storage, or a microwave available. Please label the containers with camper name, along with the date and the meal the food should be served.
Food allergies: Campers who attend camp at Mt. Lou San with severe food allergies must be very aware of their allergy and what they can and cannot eat. Since the severity of food allergies varies, Mt. Lou San trusts the parent to decide if the camp environment is safe for your child’s health. If you feel that it is, we will do what we can to make the week safe for your camper. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding food service, email our administrator.
Other items
Visitors: Safety is one of our primary concerns. For this reason, while camp is in session, all guests are required to check-in and check-out at the camp office. Some guests may be requested to remain with a staff escort while on camp property. Mt. Lou San reserves the right to decline any visitation request. If a visitor knowingly fails to comply with any of the policies laid out by the camp, they will be asked to leave the premises. If necessary, local authorities will be contacted.
Lost and Found: Lost items not requested in 7 days will be disposed of. Requested items will be held for pickup. Please contact our camp office in search of lost items.
