Jimmy became involved with Mt Lou San in 1997 as the camp director.  Prior to joining the staff at Mt. Lou San, he was a math teacher and a soccer and basketball coach for four years.  Jimmy loves working with young people, and Mt. Lou San has been an excellent platform to challenge and encourage people with the truths of God's Word. In August of 2023, Jimmy became the Executive Director of Mt. Lou San and is passionate about helping the organization transition into the next phase of ministry.

Jimmy and his wife Trecia have been married for 32 years, and they have 4 adult children that grew up at Mt. Lou San.  Jimmy has a Bachelor of Science in Math Education and a Masters of Science in Education Administration.
